What can I say? I love a wedding square dance! It's a honor to be included in such a special celebration.
In addition to weddings, I am available for parties, fundraisers, and other events.
I always call with a live band! We in Northern California are lucky to have such an amazing assortment of old time dance musicians and we can put together a rocking live band for your event.
I call in the traditional square dance fashion - no dancing "levels", no recorded music, just a live band, a caller, and a bunch of people having a blast. I'll teach every dance before the music starts and love working with new dancers and really enjoy getting folks who think they "can't dance" out on the dance floor.
I have have done dances in fields, parking lots, dance halls, bookstores, libraries, homes, and more, so don't hesitate to ask about an unconventional space - you will need to have a place to plug in sound equipment though!
