When Amnesia announced it would be closing up shop, and this would be Windy Hill's last 3rd Monday Bluegrass gig I knew I had to make a pie. Straight up apple for one of the bands that got me so excited about playing bluegrass fiddle, back in 2011/2012. Thanks for the good times everyone.
Much like tune writing, recipe development hasn't really been my thing.
But, in a desperate attempt to use what is at the farmer's market right now, I threw together this pluot-raspberry pie, using a recipe from Sister Pie as a jumping off point.
